Dorothy Ruth Morgan – November 6, 2016

Dorothy Ruth Morgan, 86, of St. Marys, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick.
Born October 23, 1930 in Savannah, GA, she was the daughter of the late Winfield and Ruth Marks.  She was also preceded in death by her sons, Ray Morgan and Robbie Morgan.
Dorothy was retired from Georgia Farm Bureau with 19 years of service, and attended Abundant Harvest Baptist Church in Kingsland.
Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Floyd T. Morgan of St. Marys; son, Timothy Morgan of St. Marys; two granddaughters, Amanda Horne (Dustin), and Haley Gay; three great grandchildren, Anna Kate Horne, Canon Horne, and Addison Robinson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Abundant Harvest Baptist Church in Kingsland, with Pastor Curtis Cantrell officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church at 12 noon, one hour prior to service time.
Pallbearers: Paul Chamberlin, Dennis Bettinger, Marty Smith, Terrance Davis, Derrick Keffler, and Adam Barnes.

Linda Lee Lewis – November 3, 2016

Linda Lee Lewis, 67, of Kingsland, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2016 at her residence.
Born February 21, 1949 in Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Ballew, and the late June Fowler Ballew Robbins.
Linda had been a resident of Camden County for the past 35 years.  She had been employed with Belks of St. Marys, retiring with 20 years of service, and was a member of Harrietts Bluff Baptist Church.  Linda was a loving wife,mother, grandmother, and aunt.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Allison Memorial Chapel in St. Marys at 1:00 pm, with Pastor Doug Harris officiating.  Burial will follow at Brazell Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday, November 4, at Allison Memorial Chapel from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Pallbearers: David McGinnis, Scott Huffman, Brian Miller, John McSwain, Terry Daniels, and Clint Wiley.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar Sinclair Lewis of Kingsland; daughters, Kim Lewis (Brian) of Kingsland and Kellie McSwain (John) of St. Marys; grandchildren, Ashley Daniels (Terry) and Braedyn Smith; great grandson, Ethan Daniels; several nieces and nephews.
