Sharon Raulerson Johnson, 48, of Kingsland, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Southeast Georgia Health System, Camden Campus. Her family is confident that Sharon is at this moment in Heaven, with loved ones who passed before her, before the Throne of God.Sharon lived the majority of her life in Camden county, was a 1984 graduate of Camden County High School and a member of the Lighthouse Church of God. She was employed by the Georgia Baptist Children of Baxley, and was instrumental in molding young teens into women.Sharon was an incredible woman who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed taking pictures, decorating for the holidays, planning events and making memories with her family that will last a lifetime full of Love. Funeral services will be held on Friday evening, July 18, 2014, at 6 pm at the Allison Memorial Chapel in St. Marys with Pastor Bobby Wood officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services at 5 pm. Survivors include her loving husband of 30 years, David A. Johnson of Kingsland; three children, Jennifer Miller (Scott) of Vienna, VA, Jayla Renee Johnson of Kingsland, and Austin Adam David Johnson of Kingsland; brother, Vernon Huey Raulerson (Terresa) of Fernandina Beach, FL; sister, Karen Beasley of St. Marys; cousin, Peggy Inman and daughter Lily of Charleston, SC. Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Huey Raulerson, daughter, Ashley Auriel Johnson, and grandmother, Mildred Louis Smith.
