Kyle C. Walker – May 11, 2017

Kyle Craig Walker, 53, of Kingsland passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.
Kyle was born December 18, 1963 in Jacksonville, FL.  He has been a resident of Camden County all his life and was a Fireman at Kings Bay Naval Station.  His career was brief due to an auto accident that left him in a wheel chair for the rest of his life.
Kyle had many wonderful caregivers in the 33 years after his injury.  He made a difference in many lives, and loved life with a passion.  He will forever be in our hearts, and gave so much love to his family, that words cannot describe the love he received in return.  His light will shine brightly in heaven for ever more.  He was a member of the Kingsland First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, James Clough Walker and Nadine Burch Walker of Kingsland; two brothers, Christopher Walker (Susan) of Kingsland and Tyler Walker (Karen) of Orange Park, FL; three nieces, Noel Thomas, Shelby Walker, and Elizabeth Walker, nephew, Dylan Walker, great niece, Elloise Thomas, and aunt, Charlotte Walker Bacon.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Kingsland First Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Parker, Rev. Vernon Dillingham, and Pastor Bobby Woods officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to services.
The family requests memorial contributions in memory of Kyle C. Walker be made to the Kingsland First Baptist or to Shepherd Center ( Spinal Injury Rehabilitation),
Allison Memorial Chapel and Funeral Home of St. Marys is in charge of arrangements.

    Kyle you are one of my best friends. We have had some great rides in your van. The long talks and all the laughing we did. That big smile of yours. I will never forget you. I will always love you. You will be missed by so many people. My prayers are with your family.
