Gary Brandon Bundrick, 32, passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019 in St. Marys.
He was born on July 22, 1986 in Charleston, SC, but moved to Kingsland at a
young age and has lived here since. He was a member of the class of 2004 at
Camden County High School and most recently worked at Trident Refit
Brandon was a very hard worker and could fix anything. He was always helping
others with projects or things that needed fixing and would help anyone who
needed it. He loved all sports; playing football, basketball, and baseball
throughout his youth. Anyone that knew him, knew LSU was his team. Always
sporting a LSU shirt and hat and riding around town with his team painted on
His biggest love and joy were his children. Always wanting to spend time
with them. He enjoyed taking them for rides on the four-wheeler, swimming,
going to the park, playing video games or just playing out in the yard with
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Iva Nell Driggers; grandfather,
Robert Bryan (Linda); and grandparents, Fred and Myrtle Pace.
Survivors include his children, Brianna Bundrick, Brayden Bundrick, and
Macie Brown; parents, Gary and Chrissy Bundrick, Mike and Pam Fowler;
brothers and sisters, Renee Vila, Mathew Simpson (Kara), Tiffany Privette
(Donnie), Joshua Bundrick (Chelse), and Morgan Bundrick; grandmother, Linda
Bryan; uncles, Glenn Bundrick, Sr., Darrin Jackson, Mark Bryan, and Lance
Bryan; aunts, Tammy Lewis (Dan), Annmarie Sapp (Keith), and Tina Cortes; 9
nieces and nephews; and a host of loving cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Saturday, Jan. 12 at Allison Memorial
Chapel and Funeral Home (no viewing service prior) with graveside service to
follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Deacon Joe Bezy will be officiating. Family
would like to invite all family and friends to join us to fellowship and
celebrate Brandon’s life at Pineland Bank Community Center, 201 East King
Ave., Kingsland after the Graveside services. There will be a Rosary Prayer
Service at 1:30 preceding the funeral. All who would like to attend and
participate are welcome.
