Gregory K. Bordenkircher, 53, of Kingsland, passed away Thursday, January
29, 2015 at Southeast Georgia Health System, Camden Campus.
Greg was born September 13, 1961 in Coshocton, OH, and had resided in Camden
County for the past 25 years. He was employed with Camden County Fleet
Services at the Camden County Sheriff’s Office for the past 4 years. He was
an avid Nascar Fan and enjoyed fishing and camping. The most important
thing in his life was the love he had for his children, grandchildren, and his loving wife.
He attended the Church of God of Prophecy and Christ Church Camden.
Survivors include his wife, Roxana Bordenkircher of Kingsland; father, Ron
Bordenkircher of Coshocton, OH; children, Alan Carper of St. Marys, Valencia
Stair (Matt) of Coshocton, OH, Lon Carper (Dana) of St. Marys, Annika Hannah
(Jimbo) of Yulee, FL, and Bryan Bordenkircher (Danielle) of San Diego, CA;
two brothers, Tom Bordenkircher (Roberta), and Doug Bordenkircher both of
Ramona, CA; sister, Rhonda Saladino of Coshocton, OH; twelve grandchildren,
Kali, Logan, Taylor, Ansley, Katy, Braylee, Tripp, Ayden, Haley, Charlotte,
Mackenzie, and Hadley; several nieces and nephews.
Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Dolly Clark and brothers, Wesley
Mooring and Troy West.
A Celebration of Greg’s Life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 2 pm, at the Crooked River State Park, Cottage 1 in St. Marys. Please bring chairs and your favorite story about Greg.
